Windex or equivalent to cut the grease. 2. Bon Ami with a sponge - gets the easy stuff. 3. Bon Ami with a plastic scrubber - gets a little more. 4. A razor blade (carefully) on the flat areas. 5. A copper scrubber (and Bon Ami). I am really tempted to try a torch. I have noticed that the part which gets really hot under the wok is usually easier to clean.
