I referred to you as "someone" because I didn't want to embarass you personally for your flight into fancy. I didn't include any more technical information because the article that I was responding to did not require technical information to analyze. It merely required a little conceptual exercise, and I certainly provided enough incentive to exercise your conceptual ability. It's unfortunate that you refused to do so, since your second article on the subject still demonstrated the same mis-comprehension of the subject matter. I don't regard your article as important, I regard it as a plague to be removed from net.audio. I reacted in the least difficult way, as I didn't feel that there was any reason to write a 20 page article on perception when the actual flaw in the article didn't have to do much (at least directly) with perception. Your ad-hominem attack shows, as far as I'm concerned, your interest in reasonable discussion. (It's about equal to mine, in net.audio.) I regard net.audio (see today's batch of articles, luddites all (excepting one), for confirmation of my opinion) as a sounding board for superstitious nonsence. I don't even have enough regard for the newsgroup to proofread this damnfool article, especially when I could be benefitting mankind, and myself, instead. Shove it. rabbit!jj
