In Ohio, (Northern parts anyway around I-80) it is quite common for
the "staties" to ticket for driving in the left lane.  I had a friend
who got a $35 ticket for driving in the left lane.  Wisconsin drivers
are notorious for slow driving in the left lane and Pennsylvania
drivers are notorious for stopping on entrance ramps.
