In Ohio, (Northern parts anyway around I-80) it is quite common for
the "staties" to ticket for driving in the left lane.  I had a friend
who got a $35 ticket for driving in the left lane.

Does this mean that it is illegal to drive in the left lane? Why does
such a lane exist? Or does it mean that if you drive less than speed x
in said left lane that you can be ticketed? If so, what is x? Can't
you people be more clear? Just how is Jane Z. Vacationer supposed to
know about these silly laws?
