	(1) If the light is red too long, or you can see the yellow
	in the other direction, start rolling out into the intersection.
	This may save you one or two seconds at the risk of a serious
	accident should an oncoming driver misjudge the light and think
	he/she could get through on yellow (or "orange") and be wrong.
