I remember when a big ruckus was caused in Vermont.  A local sheriff
pulled over a state trooper for speeding on a county road.  It seems he
was not chasing any one at the time, so he broke the local 35mph speed
limit.  The county won over the state in court, but in the end no one
really ends up paying anything but us tax payers.
