   I don't think PAYING for information that is available is going
to work.  I'm sure that in all of netland there must be several people
that would be willing to compile such a listing(it would benefit themselves
as well) and offer it free to anyone that want to make the call to their
machine to pick up such information.  Or they could consider a 'net.path'
newsgroup that swapped information that would help keep jumps/message to
a minimum.
