The recent burst of flames about drivers in different cities
reminds me of my vacation to St. Louis this summer. The most
popular rule there must be something like...

	Right turn on red (or at a stop sign) after thinking
	about stopping, but only if the car you pull in front
	of has already entered the intersection.
