First off, I damned well DO understand the absurdity involved. The fact that at least twenty people saw fit to reply shows me just how close to home I hit, as far as I'm concerned, since these people are both taking the argument seriously, and then using the same liars tactics to try to make me look absurd. You say that the person who mentioned the South Bronx was trying to make me look uninformed. In the south Bronx, they call uninformed people lke that fascist pigs . The author of the article was quite deliberately trying to pin the label on me, by association, if not by direct mention. There is a mistrust of anyone with a paying job in this country, and the author is also trying to dishonestly take advantage of that. I suggest that you consider what you felt when you read the articles, and the replies, and see whose article you felt like using logic on, even to deny it. Also consider whose article inspired you to bring up the emotional manipulation. (Perhaps the part about the south Bronx?? I didn't mention that first. Maybe the part about starving babies?? I didn't even USE that phrase in my article, it was too transparently and deliberately emotionally loaded, and I figured that people would figure that I was misquoting.) Perhaps the emotional response brought on by my article, when you recognized the tactics mentioned being used, deliberately, prompted you to read and/or reread the article??? Good day, sir. rabbit!jj
