Third, that amendment is so obnoxiously un-constitutional that I would oppose it even if I didn't oppose the draft. First, it requires the schools to play policeman. Second, it forces you to incriminate yourself. Third, it assumes you are guilty until proven innocent (ie. if you don't fill out the form, you are assumed not to have registered.
