I am assuming(very possibly wrongly) that you like many people I talk to are in favor of the law against marijuana. If you are in favor of the marijuana law please explain the difference between the two situations or explain how you justify your arbitrary (in my opinion) judgement that marijuana should be banned. P.S. You're off the hook (at least with my argument) if you're in favor of legalization of marijuana.
