	Speaking of drivers passing when they can't see -- has anyone
else had the joyful experience of driving in the Alps, or up and
down the bluffs overlooking the Rhine? Those European drivers have
a wonderful time passing on blind curves (at high speed) on two lane 
(one each way) roads. I've twice been in cars that narrowly avoided 
head-on collisions with such crazies....
