If I remember correctly, It came out in 77. There were about 120 of them produced, all in Wosniak's basement, and all sold in the Berkeley area. The Apple II, a "real" computer, came out over a year aft before the TRS-80. (excuse the typos please; emacs seems to have forgotten how to redisplay on my terminal, so I'm typing blind). david
