According to the current German Federal Railways timetable, there are
7 trains per day from London to Koln (Cologne) and points beyond, via
Dover-Ostende, and 3 via Harwich-Hook of Holland (Summer 1983).
It is not clear from the timetable whether there are through coaches
on any of the over-water connections.
