Nothing doing. it sure isn't new in New Brunswick, and I can see drivers
better in New Brunswick because all of them have thier headlights on.
(not they don't have the burn the eyes out model of headlight, either).
I think i would estimate that I see them 6-7 car lengths before i see
people from out-of-province who have their headlights off.
