California LAW says if there are 5 or more cars behind you, you
must pull over at the next turnout and let them pass.

In California, at least, the law is not on your side.
Why do you get such pleasure out of being self-rightous, and
making people drive as slowly as you? I guess you enjoy making
other people do what you want, eh?
