	I recall from my driver's education in Illinois, that one was
use the *highbeams* in fog, as they tended to reflect in the mist.
Lowbeams, however, increased one's visibility to other drivers without
this problem.

	My experiences with fog have proved this to be correct except
in the densest of fog banks.
