As I recall, in conn, the person coming ON TO the rotary has the right of way over the person already ON the rotary. This seems entirely ridiculous to me, and I believe the law is different in other states. can anyone confirm/deny ? (of course, since I am speaking here of automobiles only, the banner line is now no longer accurate - which seems to be fairly common around here).
