I've lived in Mass. all my life, and the laws here (and I thought Conn., too)
say the persons already driving on the rotaries have the right of way.
All the on-coming ramps I've seen have a "Yield" sign, and some even
have a "STOP" posted.  
What really p*ss*s me off is when some jack-ass comes barreling onto
the rotary in front of me without even looking to see if i'm turning off on 
the next exit ramp!

not afraid to use my horn and/or {fist,finger}...
