In all honesty, it should be pointed out that Westwood (a primary
gateway into the UCLA complex) is a fairly small commercial area
which is inundated with students in the evenings.  Unless some
control is exercised on random jaywalking there, traffic
can come to a TOTAL stop.  Believe me.
