It is supposed to be extremely aggravating at the other end..generating the loudest noise. I assume that the people that suggested this have made sure that it is NOT harmful to the people on the other end. If you are concerned about the person at the other end, and do understand that it is their employer that should get the 'razz'..ask for names of the caller, their supervisor and names of owners/management. Or better yet.. ask for the address where they are located. When they ask why you can tell them that since they are using your phone for their business purposes, you would like to come over and use their phone for your personal calls.
