What you had to say sounded  fine right up until item 4, which  included
"tailgate  (15  seconds)".  Listen,  all you  rational-sounding  people,
there is NEVER,  EVER,  **NEVER**  (hey, he means it!) a good  reason to
tailgate!  It is more  than  obnoxious;  it is  worse  than  smoking  in
public;  it is  IMMINENTLY  DANGEROUS  TO LIFE AND LIMB.  If you are too
close to someone and they stop short for ANY reason, reaction times make
it PHYSICALLY IMPOSSIBLE to avoid an accident!!!

Even in an emergency, tailgating is a BAD IDEA.  Pass on the right, pass
on the left, use the shoulder, sit on the horn...  but STAY OFF the next
guy's  tail,  you  can  only  make  things  worse.  ARE  YOU  LISTENING?
TAILGATING CREATES FAR MORE EMERGENCIES THAN IT EVER HELPS RESOLVE.

In my opinion, anyone who proposes it as "right behavior" at any time or
place, brands themselves as pretty DUMB.  ~~~}
