Response to Guy Harris and others.
If you read the news papers about the 55mph limit, you should recall that
the "truckers" stated the engines in their trucks were designed to be
most efficient at 65mph. Some articles also staed that automobile engines
were most efficient at about 45mph, plus/minus 5mph.
