	I'm considering buying the US Robotics Password modem this month.
 Would anyone that has this unit please mail me a short note on how
 the unit performs. I am particularly interested in 1) if the lack of
 front panel LED's creates a problem, 2) is it TRUE, EXACT Hayes
 compatible?? (uucp), 3) is it occasionally glitchy on remote area
 phone lines?, 4) if you have the optional auto-dial software pack,
 how does that perform.

	I'm kind of limited budget-wise and this is the only thing I've 
 seen at 1200 baud auto-answer that costs < $400. If you have any
 better suggestions, I'd be glad to hear them. Thanks a lot.
