How does one submit something to net.announce ?
does one mail to you, or does one submit to net.general and then you
pick up the "best" bits and submit them to net.announce.
Even if the former is the intended route, I suggest that a limited
amount of the latter would not do net.announce any harm.

If the former is the only way you will accept,  what do you propose
to do about people like me who cant get a working path to your machine?
