AMSAT Oscar-10 is still scheduled to begin mode B operations at 1800 UTC
on 6 August, 1983.  The reorientation maneuver is somewhat behind the
simulations at this point, however the decision has been made to keep to
the turn on schedule.  For this reason signals may be initially somewhat
lower than expected, but will improve quickly as the spacecraft
approaches the correct attitude.
