The following is a termcap that finally appears to work with a Teletype 4424 
terminal.  (Modifications done by  Mr. T. C. Lossos at our location)

The previous termcaps would resolve one problem or another, but have never 
totally fixed all the problems.  We have always had a problem with multiple 
line wrap around when scrolling up, the terminal getting confused as to what 
line it is on when moving down, and the left margin getting confused. 

The following is the same as the one provided by cbosgd!mark back in
March with the exception that 'am' has been removed, and 'is' has
been changed to 'ti'.

I hope this works as well for you as it has for me.
