KAYPRO is going public !!!!!!!!

I got to read the "red herring" announcement during the last club-meeting
of the local Kaypro Group.  We also had a local stock broker giving a short
talk.   Here are the facts I noted down:

5 million shares go on sale at between $15 and $18.  32 million are held
privat.  Their symbol will be KAYP.  The major underwriter is Prudential Bache

Contact your/any stockbroker for more info.

My personal opinion:  Kaypro seems to be the best buy among the 8-bit
portables, their software package is the best (Perfect-line), and their
future seems stable.  They need the money for capital investments for
buildings and for development of their 16-bit machine, as well as to expand
their marketing group.  As far as recent offerings in this area go, Kaypro's
future looks relative good, and, even though any investment in new high-tech
stock is risky, this one seems to be one of the less risky ones.
