    Sorry about that folks, I accidently sent this off without completing it.
Here's the second part.

...."the exercises are quite simple", he says, "You just press both palms of
your hands against each other and jerk press them 50 times in the morning and
50 times in the evening." (You have to do this in real life to get the full
effect of the joke, I'm affraid it'll loose a bit through the net). "In order
to help you with the exercises...", he continues,".. I'll give you a little
verse to say with the exercise. It goes like this:

		Mary had a little lamb,
		It's fleece was light as snow'
		if I do this every day,
		My boobs are sure to grow.
