He felt that all they taught people was how to use lab instruments as the conclusions were known before you started the lab. To combat this he told his class that the next day they were going to view a special "science" film. It described an alternate universe that had different physics laws then ours. The students were to observe the film and write down the laws of this universe and give examples to back up these laws of Physics. Well the next day came, the students were curious and somewhat prepared. Then the "special science filem" was run. It contained THREE cartoons (one Road Runner and two Woody Woodpeckers). My favorite law that a student came up with: NOTHING BAD WILL EVER HAPPEN TO YOU, UNTIL YOU KNOW ABOUT IT. (the gun NEVER goes off until the coyte looks at it, he never falls until he realize there is no ledge, etc). Not funny, but sortof kindof interesting, OZ seismo!rlgvax!oz
