By the way. All you folks who see this before you give up, try a rotation
of 1.

To sdccsu3!ix900 (nice name) : Sorry about the flame. Does the news
manual page mention why the rotation came out to be 1 instead of 13?
13 has been the default for a long time (encryption started a couple
of years ago) and if the authors of news have decided to change it,
it would be nice if they told us.
