   I believe the movie you are refering to is "International House", about
   people in China bidding on a new invention.  W.C. flew a strange plane
   and carried a tiny car on board.  Most notable were a scene with Fields
   and a hotel clerk involving the room key boxes, and Cab Calloway's band
   doing "The Reefer Man".  The reason I have such a vivid memory is that
   it was on New York public tv a month ago.
