Pat the village sot goes to the doctor complaining
of ailments too numerous to mention.  The doctor
gives him a thorough exam, pokes and prods, but can
find nothing physically wrong with the man.

"Paddy", he says at the end, "I've examined you three
times, given you every test I can think of, but I just
can't find the cause of your condition.  I attribute it
to drink".

"That's okay, doc", Pat replies,
"I'll come back when you're sober".
