	For sites which have news version B 2.10 there is a 'D' command, typed
in response to the '[ynq]' prompt which will invoke a built in de-rotating
program (called Caesar for some unknown and possibly evil purpose).  This new
feature is obviously designed to cause further decadence among USENET users
by increasing the physical decay of people who already don't exercise their
fingers by doing sufficient typing  ( :-> ).
