lets have the names of some of the books investigating the effects of
caffeine, artificial colors, artificial flavors, etc.  i am very
interested in learning more about this subject; too much of it hits home
for me. i have taken to reading the ingredients labels on foods, and i
know that too many ingredients in food arent food, so whats a mother to do?
