I had the option, after receiving the first issue, to cancel the subscription and pay nothing, or to subscribe to the magazine. I really liked the magazine and ended up subscribing to it. I used to get Family Health, but felt the articles were poorly written, and unprofessional. Many of the articles were more of the caliber of Woman's Day. I think the articles in American Health are much better. When deciding to subscribe to a magazine, I look at what percent of the articles I read. In this case, it was about 90 %.
