These people were fantastic. If this is the policy of Anchor Automation, I salute them. I now have a working modem and two months left on the warranty. This modem seems to work slightly differently from the one I had before and perhaps some inprovements have been made. I had to wait one day for the man who knew what the policy was to get back in town. I feel that this is more than fair. Always glad to be surprised, C.T. Kelley
