In the current issuse of byte is an add for an Exar evaluation board
with all necessary chips for "less than half the cost of other 1200
Baud modems." Question : Has anyone confirmed or denied this and if
so have they come up with a more specific price? I have been looking
forward to the chips and have listened to the past 9 months to salesman
telling me that the $150 1200 baud modem will be out for christmas.
I don't know who to believe.
