I have read this newsgroup for quite a while and am amazed at
the low prices quoted for some of the micros on the market.
For example, I have seen on net.micro.atari that an Atari 800 was
priced at about $250 - $100 rebate from Atari for a net price of
$150.  I live in Canada (Toronto), and while there is a $200 rebate 
offered here by Atari, the original (list) price is $599, so the 
net price is still $399.
    Does anyone know whether I could get the U.S. rebate if I bought
the machine by mail-order from the U.S.?
