This evening I have moved INFO-MICRO from BRL to BRL-VGR.  VGR is a
VAX-11/780 and is much better equipped to handle the load.  Submissions
to the list should now be sent to INFO-MICRO@BRL-VGR and address change
requests should be sent to INFO-MICRO-REQUEST@BRL-VGR.  There should be
no problems with the changeover for most users.  Both INFO-MICRO@BRL and
INFO-MICRO-REQUEST@BRL now point to the corresponding addresses on
BRL-VGR to catch any messages in flight to the old address. 

The only stickyness is that BRL-VGR is not directly on the ARPANET but
is conneted via the BRL-GATEWAY.  This should not be a problem as this
machine is already being used for the TCP-IP-DIGEST and UNIX-WIZARDS.

If you have any difficulties, notify INFO-MICRO-REQUEST@BRL-VGR.
