...better late but never...

the Epson FX80  uses BOTH upper AND lower case for super/sub scripts...
it does it by making two passes first for the even dots and the other
for the odd dots thus making a half high version of the character.
it works for ANY character.

it is also quieter, seems sturdier, and is better looking than the
Oki 92.  ...as well as having a 16 bit (sortof) version of a z80 (sortof)
inside...  will take lots more rom and some more ram with little/no
mods...

ps. the graphics modes are better and there is no comparison anywhere
for a better manual than the FX80 has.  only HP calculators can rival
this manual (tho it does have a couple of typo type errors)
