Aside from about 20 or so variations in fonts, pitches, sizes, densities, etc, it has the capability for user-definable (sp?) fonts. Also, it has graphics capability, tractor or friction feed, and can move the paper in either direction. (might come in handy some day????) Also, the 82906A has an IEEE-488 (HPIB, GPIB) interface. Caution: A. I'm not 100% sure that this really is an Epson FX-80. B. Even if it is, some of the features I just described may be found only on the HP version. Now....if any of you in net land know anything about CHEAP ($200 - $300) daisy wheel printers, *PLEASE* post it on this or net.peripherals. Bob
