A friend of mine has an Apple-IIe on which he runs CP/M. He's testing out
some of my programs, so I'd like to help him out. It seems that whenever
CP/M does a warm start, the screen is cleared. This is a royal pain in the
neck when running things which leave information, error messages, etc. on
the screen and then terminate by calling 'SystemReset'. Is there any way
to stop the thing from doing this?
