Have you had any experience with other CP/M-86 C compilers?
Two, from the August Byte, are the Computer Innovations C and Lattice C
another is from Control-C Software.  If you have had any experience with
any of these, a note would be much appreciated.

I hear that the Rainbow C supplied by DEC (Mark Williams) is *SLOW*...
