The source code for MDM712 is now available on MIT-MC in
AR100:W8SDZ;MDM712 AQM which is a squeezed file stored in
ITS "COM file" format.  The source is not normally required
to bring up MDM712.  All you need is the COM file and the
overlay for your particular system.
