I am trying to find someone on the Arpanet who would be willing to
sponsor Irvin Hoff, W6FFC (the author of MDM712, the latest MODEM7
program) for a free account on an Arpanet host.  In view of the heavy
use of this program by official military and government departments, it
would seem to me to be in their best interests to have him on the net. 
He is very willing to spend long hours helping people configure the
program for their systems and to investigate bug reports and suggestions
for improvements in the program.
