Have a test version of a MBASIC compiler that will be sold for
considerably under $100.  I haven't seen IT, but I have seen
code from the chap who wrote it, and he does good stuff.  It may
not be fast, but I'm told it will produce very tight ASM (8080)
code you can then hack yourself if it ain't fast enough.
Will revierw it in upcoming BYTE but pipeline is 4 months long...
