	Water from the hot tap contains minerals and other
	stuff that collects in the hot water heater tank.
	So, hot tap water is not to good to drink or cook
	with, especially if you have an old hot water heater.

	New hot water heaters may not have the problem.

	Run a glass of hot water, let it cool, then compare
	its taste to a glass of cold water.
