The subject of the proper display of toilet paper in a USAF certified
restroom reminds me of a story me cousin told me about his basic
training in the Army.  They were told that Army regulations specified
that only three sheets were to be used per visit to the latrine.  When
the sergeant was asked for the rationale, he told them (rot13):

"Bar furrg gb chg lbhe svatre guebhtu naq gjb gb jvcr bss lbhe svatre."
