This is in reference to hanging the paper over the back to keep
your cat from wasting valuable TP. My cat must be particularly
clever then. I used to hang the paper over the back and my cat
got a good hold of the loose end and I had a pile of TP in my
bathroom. I ended up making a wire bracket to go over the roll
(yes, I had to slide it off the end every time I used some TP,
but my cat couldn't make any more piles (pastel ones anyway) in
the bathroom anymore).
